Simon Goodman has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. He worked at Rolls Royce as a production engineer, making critical parts for jet engines. "There was a lot of red tape," said Simon. He rescued several projects because of his deep understanding of the "rules". Simon has got a real skill in taking things that are complex and turning them into simple language and processes that business people understand.
When he left Rolls Royce, Simon trained in IT, working in Hinckley helping to introduce computers into the company. He's set up systems "from the plugs on the wall up" on multiple sites.
